Back to Basics - Week 2

I have begun to do some Binary, learning basics and also advancing a little going on to Twos compliment and Floating numbers. I have also worked on 32-bit binary and adding, as well as taking away two bits of binary together. I have done a mock test on all binary subjects and I got full marks. I am enjoying learning binary because maths come into it most of the time, such as hexadecimal. Being good at maths has helped a lot with binary as if you struggle with maths it will show when you work with binary. At this moment in time things have been a little slower than I had hoped. I had hoped that after 2 weeks we would have looked at programming to see if I liked it. However, it has taken over 10 weeks to take our First look at programming. As it has taken this long, I have had a look in my own time at different types of programming and learnt a little about them. I have got a job outside of college where i'm constantly working with computers. I got this job as it gives me experience working with computers so that in future when i hopefully progress onto a better a job i will have some more knowledge with them.
